Right from our first contact with Mike Lee at Collingwood Funeral Home we felt cared for and listened to. We were invited to participate as much as we were able or wanted to and were guided through the process of preparing to farewell our mum with professionalism and unhurried time. Our mum was treated with respect and dignity here in Rotorua, and right through to the farewell service and burial in Auckland. I'd say Mike and Todd went 'above and beyond' to keep us informed and on track, following through every detail to ensure an exceptional send off for our mum. Our hearts were warmed and cared for throughout this experience with their kind, understanding approach and a bit of humour to ease the weight of farewelling our mum. We would thoroughly recommend their services.

We have absolutely loved your humour and allowing us to travel this journey exactly as She would have wanted. It lightened and made enjoyable an extremely sad time. You are both absolute legends.
