        I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS SALON AGAIN. Nearly 3 years ago my hair was snapping from the root. My hair has only just regrown from their horrific treatment. My experience has affected me everyday since... hair is so important for my self confidence, they showed absolutely no remorse or care and I've never heard from them again even though the owner/salon had the ability to message me on FB. If I ruined someone's hair that bad I would have done everything I could to ensure they felt supported. NOPE not these guys Since that awful experience I've never ran my mouth to other hair salons even though I have every right to. DISGUSTING. Service: Hair straightening

        Hair colour was good . I took picture in with what I wanted , the cut I got was totally different and about 3-4 inches shorter than I wanted , came out feeling quite upset , disappointed . I really like the hair dresser lovely girl but very upset with the haircut I got . Its going to take me 3 months or more to grow it to the length I wanted.
