Unable to comment on rooms as we had a tent site for 7 nights. Facilities well maintained and clean. Staff helpful and friendly from FOH through to cleaning. Long term residents friendly and helpful and not trouble. Some insect screens in bathrooms and kitchens would be the only next step as midgies were overwhelming at times, especially while trying to eat. Will definitely stay again on our next visit to Rotorua. Be worth talking to the office to book a site close to toilets if you have mobility concerns. They were a hike for my bad knees from where we were located. Location excellent for many tourist attractions, right on the lake (but not lake front) and an amazing op shop and fish and chip shop just down the road.

This has been by far the best camp ground we have stayed in, we called in very last minute looking for a powered site for 3 nights in our 28ft Caravan, the owners were so accommodating got us in straight away. Very close to the lake, but also nice a quite away from the main road, The kids had a huge fenced in playground to use, the toilet, showers, laundry and grounds were very clean and tidy, they went above and beyond to fit us in for a 4th night even though they were fully booked for the long weekend. AMAZING hosts, offering discount codes and pamphlets for some of Rotorua's attractions. We had an amazing time and will 100% be back! Thanks again for having us!
