Super quaint and nice hotel in Rotorua. It's the oldest hotel in the town, so it has lots of character and charm. Our room was nice and spacious and very clean, and it appeared that the property as a whole was well maintained. It was easy to walk wherever we needed to go. We had dinner at Dukes, which is adjacent to the hotel, and it was delicious. There's a nice breakfast buffet, too. I had no complaints!

Nice old hotel --staff were very welcoming and friendly --very handy to bus station and city centre Stayed here again with extended family in two of the apartment suites Very well appointed and they really suited us well for our stay Staff are simply just great , so friendly and pleasant to deal with Highly recommended place to stay
