        Didnt take photos of the room but among all the hotels we stayed in NZ, this possibly ranked the lowest. We were told by our driver that it is the oldest hotel in Rotorua. The up keeping of the rooms were way behind. Had quite a lot of things not working in the room and also housekeeping doesnt seem too thorough as well. We had an incident of left over rotting food in the room when we check in. The location of the hotel is good for enjoying the view of the Rotorua Lake.
