I am a very disappointed customer. They wasted my one Month and then said they cant do the job. I Dropped my jewelry to be repaired and a new pendant to be made. After confirming the design etc. They confirmed it will be done in two weeks. I haven't heard back from them, so called them after 2 weeks. they said it is not done. I requested them to do it by end of week, because I need it for a special occasion. They promised they will do it. I called again end of week, and they said it is still not done. they will do it on Monday first thing. I was very disappointed as I was needing my piece on the weekend for a special occasion. I decided to wait until Monday again. But haven't heard anything from them until end of Monday. Tuesday morning they Texted on my phone that they cant do my pendant I can pick my other pieces. I am absolutely devastated, i will never return back and don't recommend anyone to go there. I hope they realize jewelry is sentimental to people. if they cant do the job they should never take it, at the first place. so that customer can go somewhere else. my special day has gone past now without that special piece of jewelry, i was really wanting to wear. It will always remind me of their service. There was No Apologies as I went to pick up my pieces. Think twice before going there, as they don't realize importance of your special day.

These guys are fantastic. Had an emergency repair when visiting Rotorua, they did a repair in 30 minutes at a very affordable price, quality products and workmanship. If you need work done this is the business to get it done. Thanks heaps
