got an engagement ring from here which was all sweet , however later on we were walking past the store having a look at some necklaces on the outside of the store (didnt even enter the store) then some extremely pushy lady comes out trying to sell us stuff. She then notices the engagement ring on my partner and starts asking me if I got it from Michael hill then follows up to ask me in front of my partner how much I spent on it honestly who on earth thinks asking that is appropriate? I said straight up to them that its not at all appropriate to ask that and they were apologetic about it but even still it was a pretty rude experience. When buying the ring the staff were good but this was pretty ridiculous

Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated today. I had asked about a ring that I loved but told me that my fingers are too big for the ring to be resized and wouldnt even talk about ordering in a bigger size. The lady kept pushing me to rings that were way over my budget. And when I did find another ring that I liked she told me that it wont fit my fingers, this was very embarrassing as the lady was little Asian lady and Im a taller white female. She was incredibly rude and pushy and didnt want to answer my questions. I will never be doing any sort of business with Michael Hill again as this is not the first time I have been treated this way.

My husband got me some earings for Christmas and they have fallen out twice in a day and a half. Absolutely unimpressed. Lost a butterfly already and now they're not wearable. The. Butterflies on these must be too big.

The woman that helped me was incredibly nice, along with the bracelet I purchased, she showed me more options that complimented what I wanted if I were to purchase again
