        Recently renovated accommodation by Lake Taupo. Its a lovely place to stay, clean and surprisingly private. One thing that stood out the most for me was how fluffy the towels were. The guy who manages the place is so helpful and lovely, 5-star service right there. Would definitely stay here again in near future.

        We booked this property online and on arrival keyed in a security code to enter the hostess property. That was fine until someone else keyed in a security code and opened the door to our unit - it had been double booked. We contacted the owner via phone and after an apology we were given another security code to the apartment. Only problem was that we now had 2 different codes that would open our door. Obviously everyone is given the same code - no security at all. Very poor system
