Soti and Justine, youve really outdone yourselves and went out of your way to make the experience, that much more relaxing for Peli and I. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a smile and we felt very valued with how accomodating you both were. We were welcomed with a beverage and even after our massage/facial, they offered us another. Pressure of the massage for both of us, was just right and the facial was just perfection. I even got tips on how to manage and maintain my skin type which I found super helpful. My only wish is that you guys were closer to my hometown so I wouldnt need to drive 2.5 hours to get pampered! Lol all the very best to you both and thank you so much for the most amazing experience!!

A wonderful way to indulge in Rotorua in a more intimate one-on-one setting. These ladies were so welcoming and professional, and the treatments were amazing. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

Best place ever! Always have availability when you need it and the staff here is just amazing! New owners, great environment, new productsAlso, I had an appointment at 4:15pm with Colleen and I just was not going to be able to make it on time, I called the day before hoping to push my appointment back 15 minutes, the front desk lady told me that she would reached out to Colleen to see if she was willing to stay an additional 15 minutes after the end of her shift to be able to accommodate my needs. Theres was no issue at all with my therapist . They TRULY care about their clients and ALWAYS go above and beyond to fulfill any needs or request. Thanks a bunch! What an amazing and mind boggling experience for me and Pritam. He feels so light and all the stress and tension in his back is gone. We feel 10 yrs younger again. Would love to recommend this rejuvenating session to everyone and anyone who wants to feel relaxed , stress-free and active.

Soti and Nikola made our experience amazing at Seva Spa. They managed to fit us despite being short staffed on the day we booked in and we both had an incredible couples massage. They provided teas and cold drinks and allowed us to use the hot tub whilst we waited. I will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone. Its clear to see their prime focus is to make you feel like youre worth millions!
