Panicked Dad moment when my son got a nasty bump on his head from a fall and even tho it was 5 minutes before they closed all the staff were so helpful, polite and really put this worried dads mind at ease. A+++

Appalling attitude. We were told wash hands, nothing more we can do. Wow, didnt know all you needed was water to deal with an infection. Antibiotics must be such a useless invention. The injury severely impacted my husbands work and hobbies and to hear that you can put a Band-Aid on at home was ridiculous. Might as well not be there if thats how you care for people. Lady helping us needs to be fired. Leave the attitude at home when you come to work, no one needs to hear your sassy comments. Didnt come for that.

No acknowledgement from receptionist, just stood waiting while staff chatted away in the back. Disgusted in nurses dirty finger nails, who had to assess an infection, probably leaving emergency room with more problems/infections.

Just moved to Rotorua and tried to give these guys a go but the receptionist was extremely rude and unfriendly. Going somewhere else

Receptionist is rude. I was appalled at the kind of service from a healthcare, especially for the price. Never go in this place.
