        Could not make a face to face appointment with a doctor in the last year. Even though my son has had numerous ear infections and this resulted in surgery due to their incompetence. I have had to go to A & E instead. Phone consultations do not work for me as I live in a rural setting. I still couldnt make an appointment after explaining this two times after returning the calls and could not be put through to a doctor when I was on the line. What is the point of been signed up to a centre if they can not make appointments for you when your child needs it.

        They will do their best with what they have at the moment. Health system is under the pump and can not be judged on that. They have always helped me even if I have to wait and have always been kind to me and my family.
