Open early....seems like specimens arent taken until 8am. The opening time is very attractive if you have post-8am commitments but be warned, still put money in parking meter and inform your folks you'll likely be late!

Been to various labs and phlebotomists. None of them had difficulty identifying me Or was dramatic. Until I met kylie. She asked my name and DOB before drawing my blood, and while I was telling my name, she was focusing on preparing her stuff. Instead of verifying my details, then blamed me I was speaking too fast. I kept quiet. After drawing blood, she said me to get a form from the reception for getting blood result to my email. Then she herself came and gave me the form, and was baby sitting me showing all the things to fill. She told me to make sure I write it clear. Well I wrote my full name in block letters, and wrote email id in small letters as usual. I showed it to kylie, and got her clearance certificate. And i left the place, to be called again by kylie to come back and fill the form again. I said I am having another appointment, so I cannot come, but can tell my email id through phone, but she refused and told me to come back and fill again or I will not get my results. I repeated I cannot come at the moment. Later I called the receptionist, and asked who took my bloods. at first she didn't gave me her name, but was trying to justify what happened. She said they couldn't read my gmail id. So I told, kylie has already seen and said it is all clear. Then She said I have written my name as arum and not arun in my email id. ( I don't believe it, because, it is the first time somebody has problem reading, especially they could easily refer my name from the capital fonts I used for name). But atleast the receptionist was ready to clarify my email id through phone, unlike Kelly who was telling me to come again to fill the form again.( A form she checked 5 mts ag o.) And she never introduced herself or was polite. I also found, other customers have complained against her.
