        Shocking waiting times - 1-2 weeks on average to get an appointment. Even when you have an appointment, isn't out of the ordinary to wait 45 mins once you get there. Arrived 10 minutes late one time though, and was told I would have to rebook. Absolutely shitbox.

        I would give Zero stars for this place....hands down Thee worst doctors in Rotorua Can never get a appointment in the same week, over charge you at every opportunity, my Mum has been in pain for days an they offered an emergency appointment for $150 That's Disgusting you should be a shamed of yourselves .
