        Unfriendly, abrupt staff. poor quality furniture (I purchased a bed which got broken in an year). Had to struggle hard to get a replacement but then they said they would not assemble the bed (Initially i paid for the assembly). Initially, store manager asked me to purchase superglu and fix the broken bed and they offered $100 store voucher. Thanks to SofaTech who gave report that this bed cannot be fixed.

        Awesome shop. I really like the beds, sofa and table set that we bought from them. The sales and delivery was very competent and the cost is comparatively a lot less expensive as compared to other shops in Rotorua.
