Coachman Motel

Be here for just over 7 weeks for work reasons. Obviously, new owners who are awesome staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are cozy. Definitely recommend staying here totally different from previous comments Rooms: Comfortable spacious

Rooms: Great room with spa bath. We enjoyed the spa after the day long activities. The room was in excellent condition and was clean and tidy. The lady in charge at the reception (forgot her name) was super helpful and very kind to offer us milk for our coffee as well. Overall I would rate this motel a 9 out of 10. Housekeeping did an excellent job to tidy the room and replace all towels and spa foam when we had returned. Would highly recommend to anyone and would love to thank all the coachman spa motel staff for a memorable and well spent time in rotorua! Only down side was some noisy guests downstairs !

Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!Extremely unsafe here!!!!! The worst thing is not the loud and long yelling screams and fights next door at night! Its this motels attitude towards the guests that disgusted me. After my partner and I left in a hurry cos of fear and extreme anxiety caused by the coachman hotel, we sent an email and asked for a full refund as our lives were at risks and trip was ruined and time was wasted on dealing with this and had to find another place to stay at night! But they replied that they cant give refund its not under their control and we should call the police instead. Also there were no receptionists there when we were trying to seek help. Dont run a motel in the first place if you cant even guarantee the SAFETY of your customers! The owner blamed my partner and I for not informing them when the fights and yelling happened next door. Sorry for didnt have time to inform you when i was too scared cos I felt my life was in danger so Id rather choose to flight instead of fight in the first place? Its not the uncomfort of the room that I can inform first and wait for your response and there were no receptionists there!
