        I had a bad experience at Rotorua mall branch. On 9 Feb 2023 around 3:30pm to 4pm, I asked the lady from the till about a certain product. She took me where its diaplayed in the shop. It was $29 more expensive than online price, so I honestky said that I will but it online instead. She stormed back to till while saying yeah buy it online after I helped you with the product, thats very unkind! I followed her and said Im sorry, I only work part time and $29 is a big deal for me. I left the store humiliated as there was another lady there checking some products. I cried when I get home. I will never come back to this store. Is it a sin not to purchase because you can save buying it online?
