        Just had terrible night..stayed here for one night and paid over $380 for 3 adults..spiders in every corner of the rooms...shower as slow as anything...whole place smells like smoke as we are non smokers and and non alcohol...unit above us people were walking and the floor was making so much sound as if it was going to fall on us..biggest ever mould on the ceiling....I would never recommend this place to anyone ...couldn't sleep at all because of the big old noisy fridge in the kitchen area and than with a big list of do's and dont's...very disappointed

        Amazing views of lake Rotorua. The house is in desperate need of a Reno or makeover. No shoes allowed in the house, but don't leave them outside either as mine got stolen in the night!

        So old this place. Shower has such low pressure it's like a slow stream. Kitchen has an amazing view. The whole place needs refurbishing.

        The location of the Airbnb was amazing. But the house was not at all clean there were spider webs everywhere.
