So impressed by the service and the results. First time with Blur after feeling pressured elsewhere at my last exam to buy expensive progressive lens that I didn't think I needed. Got great service and advice from the team at Blur and ended up with the lens that worked best for my work and lifestyle. Such a different experience. Customer for life on that experience.

I needed new glasses and realizing that my love affair with a well known eyecare chain store was well and truly over I thought I would give Blur Rotorua a visit, and believe me I'm so glad I did. If you want really professional advice see Shanna at Blur. There is lightyears of difference between this retailer and any other in the optometry field in Rotorua. Highly professional and extremely thorough eye examination to very good advice on progressive lenses and the Zeiss fitting equipment just completed the deal. I am now a very happy owner of progressive glasses and cool prescription sunglasses and will not be shopping elsewhere in the future thanks to Shanna and the team at Blur.

Blur Eyecare Rotorua Very happy with the service at Blur Eyecare Rotorua. They offer good advice and customer service for the whole process from start to finish. I went in to buy some sunglasses and was met with beautiful products & friendly staff. The servicing is excellent and efficient as I was able to get the frame exactly tailored to my face. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you get the right fitment! Overall very happy with my purchase and top marks for this wonderful place!
