    Ageing is not for the faint hearted and those little muscles that disappear causing pancake bum need to be activated. Enough said about that other than, the above pancake syndrome has caused weakening in my knees and hamstrings, constant aching and niggling. Ive woken up today with no ache in my knee. Now to keep it going
