Cannot thank this property manager enough. I had never rented before and was anxious as I didn't have any references. The lovely staff here gave me an opportunity and I am really grateful. I obtained my first rental reference from them and a very good one. Thanks so much for the opportunity to rent with you. Highly recommended. Will happily rent again from them.

Can someone just get back to me? I wasnt going to write a review but since nobody is responding I dont know what else to do. When I first started a tenancy with Inspire they were great, but a few months through it turned south. I started off with Colin and then ended up with Amanda (Rotorua.) She insisted multiple times that I have an inspection in LEVEL 4 lockdown, which I declined every time. I received my 3 months notice to move out because the owners are selling, so I found a new house and gave my 3 weeks notice to end the tenancy. I cancelled my automatic payments, but one last rent payment still came out of my account and I contacted her straight away. She said that as soon as it lands in the bank account, itll be sent back to me. It's been a week now and she hasnt said anything since then. No text, no emails, wont answer my calls - and her coworkers are no help either. I just want to be kept in the loop, $445 is a lot of money to miss out on when I've just forked out over $3000 for another bond. I cant even get a reply or my calls returned, yet when shes ready to meet to do an exit inspection I bet theyll expect me to be available when it suits them.
