Harcourts Rotorua = great property management Harcourts Rotorua has provided a great property management service in every way. Their communications are frequent and clear. They are always responsive, involve me in decisions in just the right amount, and keep rents at a market level. Their paperwork is straight forward, and their portal is useful. I can highly recommend them as property managers.

Incident free sale. We were confident in Chris as soon as we decided to list our house for sale. Her ability to gauge the market in a realistic manner and up to date communication meant we were happy to leave the sale in her very capable hands. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Cathy Wolfgram on the sale of my house. I really appreciated her phone calls and txt messages to keep me up to date and to get my decisions on matters. I really felt like she was working hard on my behalf to remove any barriers to a deal going through.
