Great location, and perfect size for the four of us. The apartment was clean, and exactly as advertised. We had the top floor apartment, which got a lot of light and great airflow. The balcony off the main bedroom was in disrepair, but that didn't bother us, as we still had plenty of space with a larger main balcony and two separate living areas. The laundry was good (and the reason we booked this place), although no washing powder was supplied, and there was no drying rack to hang out clothes. The garage was too small for our hired car (Kia Sportage), but there was enough free parking on the street. Overall, though, the niggles were small and I would stay there again!

(Translated by Google) Due to the storm we had to change our plans at short notice and therefore booked this apartment on the 1st floor. Shortly after the confirmation, the landlord informed us that only the apartment on the ground floor was free - but that it was furnished in a more modern way than the others. So we moved into this apartment at midnight - we didn't have a choice anymore... The apartment is ok at first glance - but at the latest when it comes to the beds, superficiality is over: completely worn out, old, softer is not possible. The living area is dirty and the sofas are unreasonable. The kitchen was reasonably - the bathrooms as well, if you're not sensitive (it has mold in places and the shower head is completely calcified). The garage is dirty and the gate can only be opened by Manuel - at least the kids had fun playing table football! And the view: you look directly at a wall - or in the driveway (to the entrance of the other apartment). And where breakfast is supposed to be served here, we didn't find out until the very end! But you are always pointed out with signs to do things, otherwise it costs so much more or you are not allowed to do that.... The apartment is freshly furnished and renovated! Really cheeky for the price! (Original) Aufgrund der Unwetter mussten wir kurzfristig unsere Plne ndern und haben deshalb dieses Appartement im 1. Stock gebucht. Kurz nach der Besttigung hat uns der Vermieter mitgeteilt, dass nur noch die Wohnung im EG frei sei - diese aber moderner eingerichtet sei als die anderen. So bezogen wir um Mitternacht diese Wohnung - eine Wahl hatten wir ja nicht mehr Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick ok - aber sptestens bei den Betten ist fertig mit Oberflchlichkeit: vllig durchgelegen, alt, weicher geht nicht mehr. Der Wohnbereich ist schmutzig und die Sofas eine Zumutung. Die Kche ging einigermassen - die Bder ebenso, wenn man nicht empfindlich ist (es hat teilweise Schimmel und die Duschbrause ist vllig verkalkt). Die Garage ist schmutzig und das Tor lsst sich nur Manuel ffnen - wenigstens hatten die Kinder Spass am Tischfussball! Und die Aussicht: sie sehen direkt an eine Wand - oder in die Einfahrt (zum Eingang der anderen Wohnung). Und wo es hier Frhstck geben soll, haben wir bis am Schluss nicht erfahren! Dafr wird man immer wieder mit Schildern darauf hingewiesen Dinge zu tun, sonst kostet es soviel mehr oder das darf man nicht. Die Wohnung gehrt frisch mbliert und saniert! Fr den Preis richtig frech!

Really dirty disgusting apartment, full of black mould in the bathroom, smelt of smoke and in desperate need of a deep clean. The bedding was covered in yellow stains and we text the renters had no response, we also were out in the wrong accommodation as we upgraded so not only was it filthy they took extra money and put us in a lower spec room. The photos are nothing like the accommodation. If you dont have a car or tent to sleep in then maybe this accommodation is an option! A complete and utter disgusting attempt for a room I wouldnt put my cat in it!
