        Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Had a niggly little repair to be done to a small engine that most outfits would put in the to hard or not worth it basket and the team at stihl shop Rotorua took the time then and there to remedy the problem and do the repairs. Great service and would definitely recommend to others.

        Went in for a simple job, ended up spending way more for the things that weren't broken to get replaced and still it doesnt work on top of dropping my mower off the truck! Instead of getting a forklift they used ramps! Would not recommend to anyone Asked us to not ring worksafe lol
