        I booked 10 taxis to take guests home from my wedding, even ringing in the week to confirm the booking and was given booking numbers. Not a single one turned up on the night and when I spoke to the dispatcher (wasn't their fault) I was told me there were no taxis available and nothing that could be done. 1 star feels generous.

        A huge thank you to Samarth for helping me to get back and forth to the Rotorua Airport during my 3 weeks training in Wellington. Samarth was always prompt with pickup and always super friendly. He even helped arrange Nev to pick me up on late arrivals at Rotorua Airport. I highly recommend Rotorua Taxi's, their service is impeccable. Thank you again, Samarth and Nev.
