Such a poor customer service, the guy felt himself a superior, pointing finger and talking rubbish to a customer. 30th march 12: 50/56. Check the CCTV. he was a resist for a international student As a honest review, that guy is not a good asset for the company. Though the guy with tattoo is always super polite to me every time i go there.

The most useless 2 Degrees store in the country. Have been trying to call them for a week and a half, nobody has even picked up the phone

I went into the store today to upgrade my phone, the first time I entered it was busy both workers were serving customers and there were a few standing around I wonder off for 20 minutes I come back one worker there and I was next in line, so decided to wait, happy I was next in line only for the worker to walk right past me and serve a guy who had just walked in the store, now I understand clients come and go to get updated and if that was the case he could of made mention to myself and one other waiting but No.I will now take my business to Hamilton.
