Bedding towels etc were clean, fresh and crisp.
Everything worked well the spa would go colder in the morning for some reason but we only used it once in the morning so was fine.
We definatly recommend and appreciate the little things like washing powder ect.
We thought we couldn't get into the lock box and called the number provided and they answered first call and was friendly, it was actually us just needed to jiggle a little.
Thankyou for our stay we thoroughly enjoyed it and would definatly return.

I had booked with them on the 28 Jan 23, I was coming from Auckland but that was the weekend of the Auckland flooding. My house was flooded, the roads were flooded even the airport was closed. Auckland was in a state of emergency. Yet the host did not let me cancel. They said I could reschedule but they didnt have an available time for months. They made me believe I could get a refund from Airbnb & its up to them but thats actually not the case, the host denied giving me back the refund. Extremely heartless & greedy. Im actually shocked that they were allowed to get away with this, we cant as a society continue allowing greedy, heartless people/businesses make money like this.
So please avoid them, because god forbid you have an actual emergency, they will not treat you more than just a pay check.
EDIT AFTER INNLIST RESPONSE:
I originally wanted to rebook but I spent the first few weeks cleaning up my flooded house + working + trying to coordinate with the others I was meant to be going down with + preparing for the cyclone where instead of getting flooded, our roof leaked so literally had to do the clean up twice. All of this lead to me unfortunately not being able to rebook straight away, once I went in, there weren't any available time until months away. The person I was going down with wouldnt have even been in the country so it didn't suit my needs, hence why I requested a refund, I was told go to Airbnb.
Then I spent countless hours communicating with Airbnb. They said they had communicated with the host and the host rejected the cancellation so it was over (there was no communication from the host after that so I'm not sure what you're referring to about offering anytime in the next year?) but I didnt drop it with Airbnb and spent an hr on the phone with them in the middle of the night and only then did they manage to bypass the system and get approval to pay me out but not as a refund, they had to set me up as a host just to pay me back. Airbnb dealt with me quite gracefully, I definitely wasn't happy with them until they explained the process they had went through.
All of this stress could have been avoided if the host - you - were understanding of my situation and just let me have a refund when I requested + not blocked me when Airbnb contacted you. Which wasn't the case so please do not diminish my bad experience/gaslight me by claiming what I said was inaccurate. Maybe you didn't realise the stress you caused, but that does not make it better.
Google reviews is made for this exact reason, for people to share their experiences and unfortunately for me, mine was stressful.
