Nice during the day for a quick whanau stretch on your travels via car, up and down the East Coast. However, the toilets have been poorly managed and are in desperate need of repair. I have seen campervans frequently here overnight. Be aware though, that it is very isolated here, so you need to be properly geared up. There's no shops in the immediate vicinity.
