We choose it since it allowed dogs. It was an hour away from Opitiki. The place was not clean. The bathroom was minimal and those "thoughtful touches" given by other non-hotels consisted of one rose. Had to ask for a heater. Loud people door. Trailer/caravan was parked in yard. It was filthy with curtains. Hoped no one lived in it. Ferocious dogs next door. Zero assistance with local attractions. BBQ was too dirty to use. Lots of weeds. Worse B & B ever.
