Diamond Air - Heat Pumps & Air Conditioning

Have been trying to get these guys back to do a service on a new heat pump they installed after one year. Can not get a date from them. Do not return messages, very disappointing service. 27/07/20 The team at Diamond Air got back to me and serviced heat pump. Thank you for following up, great job.

Rory was prompt with the competitive quote, punctual and did an excellent job. The multi-split install was a difficult job that others shied away from. Rory demonstrated his extensive experience in getting the system installed to our full satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Rory is an absolute LEGEND at diagnosing heat pump issues and recommending cost-effective solutions. Rory has excellent technical skills, but is also very punctual and reliable. Rory turns up when he says he will, or he lets you know if there's a change to the plan because of an unforeseen issue. I've had four heat pumps installed by Diamond Air and I'm very happy with the amazing work they do. Highly recommended!! A++++ work!! Just look at how many 5-star reviews they have. Don't bother calling anywhere else. Just go straight to the best!!
