11.40am, Sunday, 2 April 2023 BAYFAIR BRANCH If I could give this store and the NON EXISTENT SERVICE a zero star rating I'd happily do it !!!! I was there to buy linen for 2 bedrooms, so I was not just a "browser". Neither assistant bothered I may as well have been invisible. I left the store and decided to return to feedback., they were just not interested. NEVER AGAIN

Customer service is non-existent. Walked in yesterday, the two staff turned their backs on us and just chatted the whole time behind the counter. Not once acknowledging our presence, I get that its a long day for them but hello or goodbye is not that hard.

Will take your money but won't deliver items. Beyond disappointing. Have been waiting over 2 months for my items to arrive with no response to my enquiries.
