        So happy with Bevan's service. Although Bevan is often working on high spec homes, we still chose Sarich Design and Build to build a rental property in Tauranga in 2020. So glad we did. I just didn't need to worry. Everything was taken care of, and work completed on-time and to a high standard. This is not the experience some of my friends have had with builders and not to be taken lightly! Then this year we needed a small deck extension and Bevan was happy to squeeze this in a gap between bigger jobs. Once again, an excellent experience with no nasty surprises.
