DaltonPlan Business Action Planning Limited

I was given the opportunity to do the DaltonPlan a year ago, Dean & Jo have helped me hugely to understand my business and put plans in place to help with day to day running. Helping with movitavating & setting guidelines with staff has been very beneficial. Dean talked the staff through the changes that were happening within the business & address any of these concerns directly. I would highly recommend this programme to a new or an existing business of any size.

I first started working with Dalton Planning when I decided to sell my business and we implemented systems and strategies and set clear goals for the company planning for the future and in less than two years, after implementing the Business Planning I successfully sold the business for a great value. Dean is very professional and great to work with. I would recommend Dalton planning for any business owner that wants to improve financial, plan for the future and get the business ready for sale. I am again working with Dalton Planning but now planning for my new business venture.
