James Moore made the buying process enjoyable at a difficult time for buying a car due to stock shortages. He kept us in the loop and sent us little updates to keep us excited about our impending arrival. He also made the handover suit us and did a great job explaining all of the technology and safety features. We love our Volvo Xc90! It was definitely worth the wait.

Ebbett Prestige & James Moore were incredibly stand out for me when I purchased my latest vehicle from them. It was a brand new BMW M3 Competition Initially all communication was done over the phone as I found the car I liked via trade me, I made a decision on the purchase promptly and James got me information I needed well into the evening, he went above and beyond. I then drove down 24 hours later from Auckland and I felt like I had the red carpet experience. I would purchase a vehicle from them again in the future. Well done!!

1st interaction from us was 6 months prior and James and the team politely checked in periodically until we saw the car model and spec we wanted. From there, a deal was drawn up within a day which was fair in terms of value. Some additional extras on pick up were a nice surprise and a professional experience on collection. A pleasant experience.

Further to my partial comments, already posted. In conclusion, I would like to thank James Moore personally for his very cooperative attitude during our sales process. I have had inquiries by other residents in our village where I live and I hope this may lead to further sales for Ebbetts Prestige, Tauranga.
