        Terrible experience with this branch on 5 August. 1) Only one staff member on the desk who took 30 minutes to serve the three customers in front of me. 2) We hired a car seat, and were aware that we would have to install it ourselves. However the staff member didn't know how to install it and the instructions were in tiny print on the side of the seat itself. It took a long time to figure out how to install it - thankfully it wasn't raining. 3) I selected to prepurchase the tolls. Now, two weeks later, Hertz have just invoiced me an extra $38 for the tolls.
