Professional rental company that exceeded our expectations. First time we have used Rite Price Car Rentals and certainly won't be the last. Very competitive prices, excellent customer service and ease of booking through to return of the vehicle was a dream. Highly recommend to all.

We used Rite Price Rentals last year when we flew up from CHCH to pick up my new car. We had it booked for one day and had no worries at all. Well priced by a long shot compared to others, and the car was clean and smelt nice. Picking up was very easy and the team were very helpful and understanding when we accidentally drove onto a toll road lol. Would recommend to anyone.

Still waiting for computer if signed contract. We got given a old bomb at $130pd. Drove to Rotarua and when returned to car within one hour 20+yo car would not stay. NO emergency contact, NO contract only a tel no that went yo voicemail stating we would be called back next business day. Hells gate people were fantastic and everyone laughed at the cable ties holding the wheel trims on! Kira kindly organised AA for us who apparently turned up well after 6pm to declare a flat battery? Really??. Now this company is trying to charge us money. We nearly missed our cruise ship. We missed our important appointments during afternoon. A total day wasted. We want our money refunded but again, cant even get copy of legal contract to act on. This business is DODGY! Avoid at all costs

Came in on a cruise ship and these guys were the best. Shuttle bus to the yard, car was waiting ready to go in less then 10 minutes. Same on our return all done in about 5 minutes and back to the ship. If you are visiting Turunga use these guys
