        Went into the Mount Maunganui store today and was not greeted we were ignored. The couple who walked in 2 mins after us were greeted and offered assistance but we were not.

        Incredible customer service. We couldnt find the togs in the size we wanted in store so the lovely staff had them sent directly to our house and they arrived in less than 48hours! I am so impressed about how much they cared that we received the exact size and colourway we wanted. Thank you!!!

        One of the best in store experiences! Such amazing customer service! Honestly couldnt have asked for better. We were looking at rain jackets and our children we encouraged to try them out outside in the rain (pattern changes). So awesome we brought two. Thanks so much!
