Amazing service and great selection. Am an online shopper and really appreciate the order being despatched the same day as ordered and arriving overnight with NZ Post. So good to be able to shop with reliable delivery.

This place has gone down hill a lot, service wise online. I'm gutted, it was my main go-to shop online and I spent far too much money there for many years because of it!! I didn't particularly enjoy going into the actual shop for the same reasons as other one-star reviews, but my online experience was always fantastic in the past, this was my priority store if buying online. It is like a totally different store now, with my last three orders consistently letting me down with long delays in being sent, or failure to process returns and not replying to emails. Items used to be packaged and couriered right away, usually arriving with me overnight because of the efficient service. Emails used to be responded to quickly by friendly, helpful staff. The last month or so, they've suddenly stopped including returns forms with online orders, and instead ask you to email the store for a returns form before sending items back. This wouldn't be such a problem normally, but the staff have stopped replying to emails since this new policy was introduced, or reply that you can return it but don't attach the form, further adding delays and anxiety around return deadlines as you only have seven days to return. They're not even just slow in replying, half the time they just won't reply at all - this lack of reply means I am second guessing whether the emails have even been seen or actioned, so it means you're unsure of whether to follow up with a call. I can relate to some other posts in regards to in-store experience. When I was in the store, the staff member I was trying to get the attention of was caught up in some negative gossip (I think this was the manager, as she was happy to do it in front of other staff quite blatantly). One staff member was very friendly, she was the only one, however, and she was too busy to help - because she was doing it on her own. Fortunately there are some other amazing designer boutiques online, Deval Boutique, True, and Magpie Fashions, my suggestion to customers sharing my frustrations is to google the garment you like and purchase from other NZ retailers, then buy from them instead. I could forgive them for the in-store experience, when the online was so good, but now it's just as bad. I have been waiting for a refund and it seems they have a new policy where these are forwarded on to a "returns team", and so you do not get any confirmation from the returns team that they have actually done this. Please Sisters, sort out the service issue!

I have bought a pair of redone Levis here. So far my experience is disappointing the least. I call the store many times prior to make purchase to confirm color and measurements of product as it is expensive. I got a completely different denim color, and it had a hole. Im still trying to get this resolved with the online store but they are not very collaborate so far. I dont think I can buy again here unfortunately.

Firstly, I really wanted to like this store. My one time in the store wasn't super pleasant or welcoming. You can read the other reviews about the perceived attitudes or ambience others have felt shopping instore so its fair to say that is not an isolated incident. My personal opinion is that they are not my first choice of store if there is another option available. If they have happened to have something I was interested in, online shopping has been fine, no issues. But I just went on to their website as they have advertised an easter sale. 80% off sale items. THEY MARKED EVERYTHING UP. A shirt I have been following for roughly $200 was marked up to over $900 for this sale. Frame denim $699 to account for the sale. Get real. I don't have any respect for those kind of tactics. I would rather give my money to a friendly and honest business who treat all their customers well and treat the ones spending $ and $$$$$$$$$$ the same. They don't sell anything that you cant buy somewhere else. So thank you for helping me discover lots of other NZ owned and operated boutiques who I have had great experiences with. Look at the other reviews, they only have 1 star review or 5 star reviews. I would venture to say the 5 star reviews are friends and family. They haven't responded to anyone's feedback which shows zero accountability or care.

My visit to Sisters & Co last year was a complete letdown, leaving me disenchanted and disillusioned. Although the store initially presented itself as an inclusive and welcoming space that celebrated female empowerment and solidarity, my experience proved to be the complete opposite. The chaotic and messy display of merchandise upon entering the store gave off a second-hand store vibe rather than a high-end boutique. Despite a friendly staff member greeting me, my encounter with the owner, Rodelle, was less than pleasant. She gave me a dismissive glance before proceeding to gossip about one of her employees in a loud and unprofessional manner in front of her entire team, making everyone visibly uncomfortable. Throughout my shopping experience, Rodelle insisted that I try on clothes that were ill-fitting, only to claim that they looked "amazing" on me, and that I HAD to buy them. When I left to have lunch across the street, Rodelle appeared and sat at a nearby table with one of her staff members, ordering wine and continuing to gossip about her employee. She spoke very meanly about this poor employees personal life and different ways she could try to make her quit the job. Her behaviour was highly unprofessional and unbecoming of someone in a leadership position. As the hour progressed, Rodelle became visibly drunk, slurring her words and exhibiting unsteady behaviour. Meanwhile, various people arrived, presumably employees, whom she asked for their opinion on this staff member, continuing to gossip. Eventually, a man who Im assuming was her husband arrived to help her. In my view, supporting a business that treats its customers and employees with such disrespect is unacceptable. From what I heard and saw this place is about as far as it gets from a supportive welcoming sisterhood. I urge you to take your business elsewhere and not support this kind of behaviour. Brands associated with this establishment need to reevaluate if the profits they are making are worth having their brand names tarnished by this toxic environment. Ultimately, with Rodelle at the helm, Sisters and Co is likely to eventually crash and burn.
