I have been waiting for my international parcel to be delivered to Tauranga. I checked the tracking and it is currently in transit from Auckland to Tauranga depot. After 3 days I got in touch with them to check where my parcel is. They and told me that it can take 10-14 days to process international freight before being handed over to them. I told them its already in transit from Auckland to Tauranga so basically its already in their hands. After another 4 days I asked why its taking that long to transit from Auckland to Tauranga and they replied the same comments about my parcel. I asked again after another 3 days and they keep telling me they will follow up with their area manager, the next one said they will escalate to their ops team, another one told me they will follow up the local depot team and they will contact me. Well I havent heard from any of them yet and still no updates for 3 weeks now and havent received my package. Such a hassle.

This would be the worst couriers I have ever had dealings with. I am waiting for a delivery from Auckland , after many phone enquires they tell me they have no record of the parcel even though I have all the tracking records.Twice visiting their office 7 days later I am told the parcel is in the van and it would be delivered that day, next day I call at their office again and am advised they cant find the parcel. Did the staff care! no way they will just send in a claim for the parcel. Then the final insult is I have to give them one star otherwise my comments will not be posted. What an outfit
