poor service from the computer department. I went into the store about 1 week ago knowing roughly what I was after. it was less than about 1 hour till closing so the department wasn't busy. There were about 2-3 customers being looked after by other staff (which was fine). I wandered around the same area waiting for a staff member to come and help me out. waited and waited...for around 15-20mins I wandered around and not one staff member came to assist me. there were several staff members around mingling and chatting and laughing among themselves and with other people in non uniform clothing interacting with them as well. I was the only customer wandering around on the floor at the time as well. In the end I got fed up and left the store and took my business somewhere else and ended up getting the product I was after over $250 cheaper than what you guys had it advertised for anyway! More fool those staff members as they missed out on any commission they would have got because of my purchase! I have purchased from the department on numerous occasions in the past and never had any issues with customer service, none at all! This experience really put a sour taste in my mouth. With any other major purchases in the future, when it comes to this department I will definitely be thinking twice before I part with any money again!

Went in to get some copies of family pics done off my phone. So so helpful. You're supposed to do it on yr own but I had to get them to do it as I have no clue how those things work. The girl who was doing it for me had problems too and went and found another lady to see if she could fix whatever was going on. So again, these young people in there are very helpful and respectful thanks ladies.
