DO NOT USE GENESIS. Rip off. Always issues with gas refills, extremely expensive. Gas techs are useless and will take a full bottle and charge you for two. While also leaving both bottles on and making you wait weeks for a refill. GENESIS YOU ARE A SCAM. You and the rest of the nz government scheme

They made Record profit, more than double from last year, and they still increase prices - we will terminate our contract as we do not like to be ripped off

Genesis cancelled my account without even contacting me about the so called problem of me being on a grandfathered deal where I had only a single cylinder. I would have been happy to move to a current contract but was not given the choice. They suggested I look for another supplier in a rather rude email. A few chats and phone calls later, they offered to put me on a new contract. But gas would not arrive for 2 days. Since I was nearly out of gas (which is why I contacted them in the first place) this was annoying. Signed up with new supplier, new bottles arrived the next day. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Very annoying to deal with.

Prices expensive and customer service gets worse from year to year to zero Today got a letter congrats to your new EV, we can give you a better offer. Checked the offer, more expensive what we have and 23% more expensive than competition, and took them only 4 years to find out we have an EV We will leave Genesis on the end of our contract
