        Best gym I have been to! Ignited a love for Thai boxing in me thanks to the inspiring coaches who really want everyone to succeed. Such a supportive female environment. Absolutely nothing to fault :)

        Fight Fit is fantastic! My first experience with kickboxing was 8-weeks ago when I jumped in on an 8-week challenge, I was super unfit and a bit anxious about my ability to participate - but everything we did catered to all fitness levels and I've learned so much in a short period of time. I've loved it so much I've joined the Fight Fit Fam! Holly and Brent are so supportive and push you to improve every day, and I love that I'm surrounded by an amazing group of women from all walks of life. If you're looking to improve your fitness but don't want to go to a traditional gym, come give Fight Fit go!
