Wow what can I say got our spa pool delivered today and such amazing service from start to finish Graham even came and put together and fitted the cover lifter, we hunted around in all the shops in Tauranga and this place is by far the best . If you are looking at getting a spa pool which are amazing quality at a great price and amazing customer service and support from start to finish this is the place to go highly recommend you really won't be disappointed the spa pool we got is a new 2023 model and we got such a awesome deal

I am not a local, and after non existent service from pool and spa parts businesses in my town, for parts for a spa purchased elsewhere, I visited Tauranga Pool and Spa while on holiday. Peter was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, and provided excellent customer service, and not only identified the parts that I required, but had them in stock. Regardless of your location in New Zealand, I would have no hesitation in recommending him for assistance in sourcing parts.

Very happy with my spa and the price I paid. Knowledgeable and friendly service. The delivery and installation people were also very good.

Peter and the team really know their spa pools. We saved $2000 on a comparable Alpine model AND the spa we chose had better features and was larger than the competition model! I am so glad we purchased our spa from you guys and no one else! Thank you very much, Joel.
