        Made mistake with our orders and when asked to change the favour the salesperson was very rude and grumpy .. love the ice creams, location and everything about it, service is not great

        this place is a little iconic up here in auckland, known for its characteristic rude treatment of customers, so was definitely a lil excited to finally try it. However, staff were polite and shakes/ice cream delicious. Alas, maybe because we were adults and not children. Maybe next time!
