        I felt patronised When talking to staff. I got a bracelet send away to be made smaller. After costing me $70 even tho I brought the bracelet from them. They told me it would be back within two weeks. 17 days later hasnt arrived. After explaining and expressing my frustration, I got a rude explanation. As I was leaving the staff member asked if I was happy with this, like I had a choice that my bracelet hadnt arrived. I will never shop or deal with staff at this location again.

        My fianc and I were served by Nikhul over the weekend and we walked away with such a pleasant experience. He was very genuine and we never once felt as if we was "selling" to us. We were unsure in a few areas and he provided us with personal advice as well as a clear direction that was best for us. Thank you again Nikhul for your fantastic service!
