        I went into the Bayfair shop in the hope of finding a trophy for a tournament tomorrow and was going to bring it back another day for engraving, as busy as the gentlemen was he said he would do his best and to my surprise 45 minutes later I got a text to say exactly that. For a company that provides services to the general public you hit the nail on the head big time. Much appreciated Regards Rob
