Not enough staff, didn't helped to us to buy tickets overseas

After many cancellations and re bookings because of Covid-19 we traveled to Australia booked through House of Travel. Only to have the holiday cut short because of Covid-19. House of Travel sorted our return home with all the requirements for entry home. Cannot recommend the team from House of Travel more highly for the service provided We really appreciate all the help from Shirley. Gordon & Frances Reynolds

Shelley and the team have been looking after me and my travel arrangements for some time now, both personal travel and business. I have nothing but good things to say about the house of travel team at Mt Maunganui, in my case they have been miracle workers ! In the new world of be clever and do it yourself on line, I say, be smart and get Shelley and the team to do it for you ! !

Esther organised 2 fabulous trips for our family to Australia prior to covid19. Such quality hotels and tours. Esther helped my daughter and I plan a fantastic trip to Vietnam which has unfortunately been cancelled. She was very helpful and informative throughout the process. When the time comes that we can travel overseas again we will definitely be booking through Esther and HOT. Thanks
