        I really enjoyed the Project Mum Pregnancy Class and would highly recommend doing it! The education part was so useful and doing exercises that I knew were safe gave me the confidence to stay fit during pregnancy

        I took the Pregnancy Class during my second pregnancy and loved it, would definitely recommend (I wish I had done it the first time!) It was great to talk about relevant topics each week and the workouts were fun.
