TERRIBLE. Despite visiting the store twice, two phone calls and three emails I am yet to receive a quote, a month later. If google would allow me to choose 0 stars out of 5, I would have.

Flight Centre Bayfair was awesome to deal with, quick, easy, knowledge and very helpful. This has made our experience during our holiday fantastic!

I had a wonderful experience here. When booking flights it was completely stress free and the staff are all so helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Used to be a good way to book international airfares when they had their price guarantee. But is now always significantly more expensive than booking directly. Went into this store to get a price for return airfares to London but wanted 1k more than what the airline was asking if you book directly with them. Lesson learned. Better to book directly now. On a positive side lots of friendly team and a positive customer service experience. Just dont think Ill book with flight centre until they are more competitive
