        Just went in store, three staff all standing around the till. No one asking if I needed anything. Terrible service.

        "HAVE" to give email address for purchase which I didn't want to (spam etc). And because of that didn't get a receipt... fair enough. Last time you get any of my money. Also busy weekend and while I understand staff have routine they are trained to complete there needs to be a shorter version of the routine when it's busy
