        Its a tired empty looking premises. Ive only used it periodically if passing. Customer service is not a patch on NZ Post agencies in downtown Mt Maunganui and Papamoa Plaza. Its just not a nice experience.

        AWFUL SERVICE. The lady behind the counter (staff) started calling me selfish (multiple times) for asking a question.I said I'm sorry I have to leave, the other guy was trying to deescalate the situation but the lady stopped him, and said she wants to leave let her and don't come back.
